#2. Who can use Aden

You must be legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under the required age in your country, you may only use Aden with permission from a parent or guardian.

You must give accurate account and billing information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.

#3. What Aden does

Aden is a software platform for artists and music teams. It helps users organize music files, credits, splits, metadata, releases, collaboration, sharing, and related workflows.

Unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing, Aden is not your label, distributor, publisher, manager, lawyer, or accountant.

#4. Paid plans and billing

Some parts of Aden are free. Other parts require payment.

If you buy a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees, taxes, and other clearly shown charges. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them.

Unless the law says otherwise:

  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing or features in the future.
  • You are responsible for correct billing and tax information.

#5. Your content

You keep ownership of the music, files, artwork, text, metadata, fan data, and other content you upload to Aden (“Your Content”).

You give Aden a limited license to host, store, process, back up, display, and share Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content. This means you must have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to upload, share, publish, or use it through Aden.

#6. Public pages, sharing, and fan data
